There is no such thing as a "franklin compiler". Franklin has rebranded various compilers and some have been Keil, some has been Raisonance (there is a post somewhere in this forum that some rebranded Raisonance were illegally rebranded and sold) and some has been other brands, so to answer any questions about the "franklin compiler" two things are needed
1) Franklin release
2) someone that know what that release is rebrandes from
