#66936 - T89C51xx parallel programming voltage |
hi,
Does anyone know: during T89C51xx programming with parallel programmer, which voltage is provided to EA pin? I did search through both forum and Internet and now I am a bit confused with it. From one side, there are two variants of "classic" AT89C51/52: one uses Vpp=5V, other uses 12V. But what is about Atmel-Temic`s production? I can not locate the real information about it anywhere include Altavista etc. I know that these devices may be In-System programmed with only 5V, but none datasheet shows me the scheme and description of signals/voltage for parallel programming of such chips. Does anyone have the real documentation about parallel programming procedure of (A)T89C51xx chips? Could you share it with me, please? Thank you, Oleg. |
