Here's a link to a starting point for a formatted dump output routine ("formatted" meaning that it outputs an address every 16 bytes, along with an ASCII dump area on the right like you normally find with most dumpers). That should get you started, but you'll obviously need to change the routine that supplies the addressed byte to suit your needs.
