Looks like your micro is hit by RFI/EMI

1. Are you using mechanical relays to switch AC Servos?
2. Do you optocouplers in betwwen ULN2003, and micro port pin?

thanks for your guidance on my micro hanging problem with motors . i think i will solve the problem using opto couplers between micro and 2003 and seprate powersupply for micro and relays. i will experiment and let you know. and regarding your questions the answers are as below
1) i am using mechanical relays with 12V coils.
2) no iwas not using optos .
3) i had tried with different power supplies but with COMMON GROUND for relays
and micro but the problem redused only slightly as compared to single power supply
4) no i was not using snubers
further please answer
WHAT SNUBBER?? shoud i use and by accros relay output do you mean across the motor connected to N/O pins of relay or across the relay coil ??
further how to remove ground loops??
