Here are some 8051 books (below). Not necessarily Keil, but good 8051 references. The Keil books you get with the compiler are good. Also, here is a good C+Micrcontrollers book, but it's Motorola based (and there are a ton of Motorola books out there, but this one is very good, C-wise):
