Hello, do you know how i can use the AT89C51 (or a standard 8051) as a serial-parallel converter. I need to convert the serial data coming from the serial port of the computer at 128kbps to 4-bit parallel data. If it was 8-bit data, it would be easy since the serial buffer of 8051 is 8-bit but when it is 4-bit, I have some problems. Can anybody help me? Thanks.
