Dear friends,

please help me in the following problem.

we tried to implement pgm51, using the PCBS,sujested by mohhamad khan.
now it does not work.

we can not set the voltage Vcz as 6.5v. using pots.

at the same time we could not set the Vpp to 12.5 v.

the voltage at the output of the LM 317 is just 11.5v though we move complet p1 and p2. input to the 317 is 22v.

please guide us in this regard.
