Nope.
That will make no difference at all.

The Keil simulator does NOT attempt to get the PC to run the code at the same speed that an 8051 would - and there is no real reason why it should.

The only use of the XTAL setting is to allow the simulator to convert numbers of cycles to times when it displays them.

If you need to investigate real timings, you need to do it on real hardware.
