#67516 - RE: Confused F0/F1 for GF0/GF1 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hey....I think I got a bit off track with my discussion in the previous post about F0 and F1. I confused these bits of the standars PSW with the GF0 and GF1 bits in the standard PCON. Sorry about that....Some of the Cygnal parts that I use (C8051F126) do not have any GFx bits in their PCON register whilst others such as the (C8051F226 have expanded the PCON to a full 8 bits and offer GF0 to GF4. It is unfortunate, from my viewpoint, that the PCON on 8051 parts is not located at an SFR address that permits bit addressability of these flags.
