maxim has a very fast 8051. it has isp and other stuff
http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/4078 i could not found a programm for downloading to the DS89C450 or the connections for it Eh?? In that very link that you quoted, it says: "The Ultra-High-Speed Flash Microcontroller User's Guide should be used in conjunction with this data sheet. Download it at www.maxim-ic.com/microcontrollers." On p5 of the Ultra-High-Speed Flash Microcontroller User's Guide, under the title "Flash Memory," it says, "On-chip program memory is implemented in flash memory. This can be programmed in-system with the standard 5V V CC supply through a serial port (in-system) using a built-in program memory loader, or by a standard flash or EPROM programmer. Full pro-gramming details are given in Section 15." (my emphasis). So there you have it! Christian Kleiber said:
it is a great microcontroller but it does not have software support It's an 8051 - so any 8051 compiler/assembler will support it. You just need to make the appropriate SFR definitions. From Keil: http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/3675.htm They quote Winburn as a Flash utility, and AGDI support for uVision. What more could you want?! |
