mmmmmm, the most social country in the world (possibly) and we cant smoke.........only in ireland!
Evidently you have not been to the land of fruits and nuts.
In California you have not been able to smoke in the bars for years and in several places such as Del Mar you can not even smoke outside on public property (such as streets).
