Oops - sorry, I missed the all-important 'C' in the middle of those part numbers!

Anyway, the datasheet for the 87C51FA is available here: http://search.intel.com/corporate...A&x=20&y=6 And the change note from 87C51FA to 87C51FA1 et al is here: http://www.intel.com/design/pc...000447.pdf The only difference seems to be a rationalistation of the product ranges by replacing the 12MHz and 20MHz speed grades with 16MHz and 24MHz Intel said:
