Anyway, the datasheet for the 87C51FA is available here:

And the change note from 87C51FA to 87C51FA1 et al is here:

The only difference seems to be a rationalistation of the product ranges by replacing the 12MHz and 20MHz speed grades with 16MHz and 24MHz
