#67948 - RE: I2C-bus and 24LC256 EEPROM
Responding to: ???'s previous message
The Philips and Cygnal HW IIC interfaces all are the same except for clocking. www.esacademy.com has a free program called codearchitect for the LPC932. Tbis program generates the code (in C or assembler, you choose) based on a few inputs and if your chip is not the LPC932 all you need is to isolate the clocking section and change it. Of course with Cygnal you will need to find the SFR references if you use a sfrpage chip. One bugger about this is that the code you get is BOTH capable as master and slave and if only one is needed, you need cut away the unwanted parts.
