Hmm, I made the rash assumption that because Vinod was using SPI that the LM75 was an SPI part. See what happens when you don't read the datasheet?
Is that the responsibility of the poster or the replier? If the posters expect us to peruse datasheets in detail before answering the answers would be few and far between
