#68388 - RE: caliper interface working Responding to: ???'s previous message |
hi,
incredible, but I got it working...after several attempts in hardware and in software. Actually I transfere all data via rs232 to my Terminal to see if the values match to reality. It is running with big numbers: zero position is D9 41A1 equal to 14,238,113 decimal 126.89mm is DA D1 47 or 14,340,423 decimal To obtain 126.89 mm on my 7219 display I will have to do subtaction of the above numbers multiply by 127 and divide everything by 1024 and adjust the decimal point. Special thanks to Steve and Charles (who was talking about sliced bread..) Edgar |
