I Have used TECEL's D200 H-Bridge, I just had to equip the MOSFETs with big heatsinks and a 12v fan in order to dissipate all the MOSFET's heat.
Note: The upper h-bridge MOSFETs can be on the same heatsink, the lower MOSFETs MUST be on seperate heatsinks. jm... |
