I stay in mumbai too. Last year even I tried a lot to get free samples; Posted free sample request on Cirrus web site, but no use. Finally I got a phone call from their andheri distributor regarding the request but he refused to send samples when I said I am a student. These people will give you free samples only if they see that you will buy tons from them in near future. Anyways you can always buy the chips
