This document is quite interresting but I found the naming convention not enough restrictive. There is no recommendation on how naming the variables and function prototypes or on project structure.
As said, my document gives more rules on tracability and quality process than on C coding. Probably because I'm not a C programmer but an electronican.
The document you've refered shows more tips on C coding but is quite poor on the process.

A compilation of both would be interresting.

Of course, everybody can take what he want and make its own rules. This is just a way of mind...
