Does anybody have a modified emacs C mode that recognizes the various extensions used by Keil -- e.g., sbit, sfr and the like?

My fingers are programmed for emacs and the Keil editor is driving me bonkers. Unfortunately, without a proper C mode, emacs doesn't know what to do with 8051 C sources.
