hmmm. ADS7813 -> Texas Instruments
-SPI. -DIP 16 Pin Package . -40,000 samples per second. -single 5V supply. You can order a couple of free samples from www.ti.com HI7188 -> Intersil -SPI -MQPF 44lead package -200 samples per second -Dual power supply If are planning to make 1 or 2 units of the system for experimental purpose no problem in ordering samples and using but if are planning any mass production than please check availability/price in local market.
