Using someone else's code, unless it's use is documented very well, can sometimes be quite the headache
Definitely.
If "someone else's code" is not totally, and I mean TOTALLY understood by the user, fixing any bug will take you 10 times longer than it would have taken you to write the code yourself in the first place.
