1) I'm trying to decode the input of 3 switches that represent a 3-bit binary code. The microprocessor should input the switches, decode the number and

3)Can anyone give me any help with this
1) where is the problem with this
2) what "bar LED"
3) there is no such thing as help with an unknkwn quantity such as "the appropriate bar LED"
