1) this is not an eeprom simulation problem, so it should be addressed in a new thread
2) searching on google for "93c46" showed a page with a library of routines within the first 10 search results...
3) using the data-sheets of "93c46" should tell you all there is to know in order to read/write these devices. (at least it did so for me.)
4) if you check out 2 and 3 above and you have more questions, someone on this forum will certainly be able to help you.
