However there are two things that will trigger me to suggest that
1) it seems the poster does not know whar word/phrase to search e.g. this thread
2) when a question has already been answered ad nauseam

Yes, this might be 'tough love' but I am not going to spend my time on searching and posting the link instead of saying "search and ye shall find"
