Hi Oleg,
According to the AT89C51CC03's datasheet, the Vih for this device is 0.2*Vcc + 0.9V. Assuming a worst case Vcc of 5.5V, this equates to 2V, so a pull-up to 3V is quite sufficient. Take care to choose the value of the pull-ups low enough, so as not to get into trouble with slow rise times. How are you planning on driving the control signals (/CS and CLK)? Regards, Rob. |
