Hi Juan,
There could be MCUs from Cygnal which contain most of what you want on a single die. And even here, that on board EEPROM could be an issue. May be a search on Keil as suggested or in our forum "CHIPS" link you can find the most suitable one. PS: From your specifications it looks like you are on your way to create that "ultimate and universal" single board controller PCB. A friendly advice : Resist the temptation and select an MCU which can handle the project on hand. The universal single board controller is a non starter. Creating hardware interfaces for features that you may never use makes little sense and adds to your debugging woes. KISS ! Raghu |
