i used the chip since 2 years ago...
The internal temperature sensor is not good enough to determin the temp. in Air it is only the silicon temp.
I used the Analog Device TMP36G chip.
The next important signal is the reset line at power up.Is the reset signal to short the AD converter works with wrong
factory data ??? i decide for an external reset generator with brown out detector.
