Let me make my question more clear. I am actually using the In-circuit emnulator to contol motors
for every installation?
I have successfully managed controls for P0.1 to P0.7 but having problems with managing the output clock at P0.0.

You need be more specific as to what you mean by "managing the output clock". Anyhow for this the simple solution is to use a derivative with a PCA and in links you can find the PCA cookbook which will tell you all you need to know.
