#70465 - Meanings of "/spl mu/m technologies " |
I am reading a research paper in which there is a sentence "systems-on-a-chip (SoC) grow, and as inter-wire capacitances of sub-0.10 /spl mu/m technologies advance"
Can anyone kindly explain about "sub-0.10 /spl mu/m" in detail? and tell some reference material to be read in this regard. Thanking in anticipaition. |
