No, that is not the case. I, for one, do not understand many of them. That does not mean that I can not figure out what they mean, albeit sometimes with some difficulty - but should someone asking for help make the helper spend time trying to figure out what the request is?.

It may be that by "everybody" you mean people that grew up speaking english, but by my best guess those of us that did not are the majority at this forum
