Nikolay,
There are several 8051/52 family derivatives that have Flash EEProm that can be programmed in circuit via the PC serial port. I would suggest one of these derivatives. Phillips, Cygnal, Analog Devices among others manufacture these devices as Erik and Michael have already said. Good Luck! Jacob |
