some of the members of this forum will tell you not to write in UPPER CASE, it is difficult to read.

try a 8051 with mp3. you will also need lots of memory. that will take care of recording voice

and for the date and time you can use a real time clock (RTC). there are i2c, spi, etc. maxim and philips has great RTC
