hi,

- are you sure that Bootstrap Loader placed into AT89S8252, does work correct? If not: are you sure that the program is compiled for AT89S8252?

- are you sure that serial communication COM<->UART is done by correct way? I mean signals, levels etc. What happens when you try to connect? Does it just not connect or what? By the way: are transfer rates (baud rate) are the same for both PC and AT89S8252?

First of all, determine is problem from hardware or software.
