Wireless communications is feasible with an 8052 processor via a serial port. There are ready made modules and/or chips that make it rather painless. If you were considering direct point-to-point RF transmissions you may want to look at this posting.. http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=44073 On the other hand if you are looking for wireless TCP/IP (i.e. 802.11b) type wireless then the job is a bit more complex.
