This is, in my opinion, the way to enter ISP, no 'funny signals', no 'must be low at reset' etc, just connect the cable, reset, and the ISP takes place.
True, Erik, I checked the datasheet it clearly states that you only Vcc, Vss, Tx, Rx, Rst these five pins are used by ISP. No funny signals. softICE is still a mystry for me. Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
