The oscilloscope is for the microcontroller designer (and programmer!!) like the ear is for the conductor; like the brush is for the painter; like the nose is for the dog; like the teeth are for the wolf; like the sunlight is to the day! Anything else and you are in the dark or at least most certainly in the twilight.
