Thanks for your advice. But it is not that simple. If one divide's as you are suggesting, one would get the intervals which may not be very convenient to look at. eg. one might get the intervals as 0,17,34,51. Instead of this, the better intervals would be 0,20,40,60. So there must be some intervals which when given, make it easier to understand the graphs i.e. in multiples of 5,10,20,50 or 100.
