If you want binary level 2 (as steve mentioned) 00=0, 01=1, 10=2, 11=3, then you are already at logiv level 2, P1.0=0 and P1.1=1.

Please get more info from your teacher and explain what exactly you need. In logic there are two levels only 0 or 1, logic level 2 is not known.
