I originally found it by just putting "winprinter" into my favourite internet search engine (AltaVista) - so now you'll have to do the same.

However, I doubt that driving a Winprinter is practical for an 8051 - "conventional" laser printers (non-Winprinters) usually contain a powerful processor and lots of memory to do it.
You would need to do all the bit-mapped graphics, manage all the font definitions, etc, etc, etc.
