Hi Abhishek,
What you need is a flowmeter to measure the fuel consumption rate of a two-stroke engine. Obviously this has to come in front of the carburettor. I think this is not going to be easy ( or economical )considering the fact that actual flow to be measured is of the order of few cc per minute. For a current generation bike, assume that 1 litre ( 1000 cc) of petrol will last for 60 km. And driving at 60 kmph, the rate will be 1000/60 = 16.66 cc/min ! And to measure this flow, you will have to use a postive displacement type of flow meter like the gear type or screw type. To the best of my knowledge such smaaaaaall flow meters can cost a ton. Is your client wealthy enough or is it for you ?
