I'm working on an outomatisation project on wich I drive serveral opto's to trigger machines. I need the use of opto-triacs beacause I don't know what direction the current flows. It is a DC line I switch

Currently I'm using a MOC3020 but it does go on bet never goes off. I thought it might be a 0-detection unit but moc3020 doen not contain one.

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong??/
