You put too much faith in the compiler, the compiler register that two ISRs call the same routine and thus warn you. For the compiler to investigate every module linked in your project to see if you manipulate the IP SFR would be way beyond the scope of a compiler. Be glad that your compiler warn more - rather than less - than necessary.
