Hi,

I'm looking for an alternative flash storage device suitable for connection to a 14Mhz 80C552.

I've been using Atmel's At45DB642 DataFlash device together with some MCU->Flash interface logic, but now need greater capacity than this sytem permits (32MBytes).

Ideally, I need something with a parallel interface, around 128M (bytes) and, if possible, the ability to write data at the byte level (page buffer/modify/write being handled automatically).

I'm curious to know if anyone has successfully (or otherwise) integrated an 8052 with a more commercially available device (CompactFlash SmartMedia Card etc)?

If so, can they point me at some useful resources?
