#73729 - RE: External Memory for the LPC932 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Now, how can I expand data memory, what chip do I use, is there any application note for it?
If you want 'XDATA' you can't. The only possibility is to use a serial RAM or flash chip. Since the 932 has hardware IIC (codearchitect makes the code) it is a breeze. If you can live with serial data, then Philips (and others) have a plethora of IIC chips with RAM, FRAM or flash. (FRAM is ramtron) Erik |
