Now that your code is working, what will happen when you read the code in a couple of months? Will you be able to figure out what it is supposed to do and how it did it?

You can't start to early to develop the practise of COMMENTING your code. Don't just reiterate what the opcode is doing, but explain to yourself (and others!) what the code is trying to accomplish. You will thank yourself later, guaranteed.
