Hi all,

I am using AT89c51 microcontroller interfaced with GDM12864 graphic LCD. I was having problem in reading byte from LCD. Now what i have found out that if I set the clock frequency of AT89C51 to 5.6 MHz (previously set to 11.0592 MHz) and set internal clock frequency of LCD to 300KHz then byte is read fine. As I am new to this field, can somebody explain in a little detail why this is happenning. I am using Keil uvision2 and Proteus simulator and not the actual LCD. After testing on simulator I will be testing it on actual LCD.
