I am using P89C51RD2.

I would like to work using all security bits set.

Can I update some code bytes by using IAP calls ?

I mean:
I want to use a small internal monitor software, in order of by using the serial send data to the monitor. Then the monitor will update blocks in the uP flash by using IAP calls.

Can somebody explain better than datasheet what each security bit actually means ?

If I had all security bits set.

Can I by IAP calls erase some blocks ?
Can I by IAP calls program some blocks ?
