#74370 - RE: LPC932 RTC Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I want to design a real time clock with timer 0 (NOT THE RTC) using the lpc932. I am using the RTC article posted on this web site. The only qestion I have is this:
The author describes the way to calculate the Times per second a Timer will increment. For instance he uses (11059200Hz) / (12) = 921600 times per second. I want to know where did he get the 12 from and if my crystal frequency was 7.373MHz which number do i have to divide this frequency by? 12? Thanks! J.C. |
