hi,

AT89S8252 has in-application programmable EEPROM. Code Flash is not in-system programmable.
Rest of chips I indicated, are with in-system programmable Flash. For example, AT89C51ED2 has 64kb of in-system programmable Flash and 2kb of in-system programmable EEPROM.
