this debouncing issue was discussed here many times. Make a search here and profit from a full amount of knowledge and experience from the many forum members...

Debouncing can also be done by hardware. Look at here, for instance:

I like this kind of debouncing circuits, because involved resistors and capacitors form a superb EMI filter at the same time!
